Hoje lidero mobile e backoffice na Inbazz. Cheguei para reconstruir o app dos creators e fiz isso sozinho, de FlutterFlow para React Native, com o app antigo no ar até o novo assumir. Antes disso foram três anos de TypeScript, React e Node na bttis, o que me deixa confortável em ir até a API quando o app precisa.Today I lead mobile and backoffice at Inbazz. I joined to rebuild the creator app and did it alone, from FlutterFlow to React Native, keeping the old app live until the new one took over. A primeira versão nasceu em FlutterFlow para validar rápido, e funcionou. Só que cada ajuste de UX, cada integração nova e cada bug em produção passou a custar caro demais.The first version was built in FlutterFlow to validate fast, and it worked. Refiz o app do zero em React Native, com Expo e TypeScript, em 14 semanas: navegação nova, design system interno, React Query na API e releases OTA. Lançado aos poucos a partir de maio, hoje o app atende 33 mil creators ativos por mês. Correção sai por OTA no mesmo dia, e o app deixou de ser protótipo para virar produto.Rolled out gradually from May, the app now serves 33,000 monthly active creators. Fixes ship over the air the same day, and the app stopped being a prototype to become a product.

Comecei em frontend, atravessei backend e parei no mobile porque é onde as duas coisas se encontram sem lugar para esconder erro. Trabalho melhor quando sou dono de algo do começo ao fim: decido a arquitetura, entrego a tela, subo o release e olho o que aconteceu depois.I started in frontend, went through backend and stopped at mobile because that's where both meet with nowhere to hide a mistake. I work best when I own something end to end: I decide the architecture, ship the screen, cut the release and watch what happens next.
